SIMMAN BUG FIX

We have got some reports showing that the SimMan in some settings continues to breathe when the rhythm is changed to V.fib. Our software people have investigated this and found a bug in the software. It is related to the “alink.hex” file located in the SimMan folder.
There is, as a quick fix, placed a downloadable file (zip-file) on the internet that will fix this problem (size 36kB). Use this link to find the Downloads-site http://www.laerdal.info/document.asp?nodeID=1557349. Download the file, unzip and place it (alink.hex) in the SimMan folder (replace the existing version). When this is done, run the SimMan update software and update the link box. Next time you start the SimMan application, observe that the link box version has changed to version 4.2.
